Eileen Tokuda, PT, MHA
Eileen established Healing Motion Physical Therapy, Inc. in 2005.
She obtained her Physical Therapy degree at the University of Pennsylvania and practiced in a variety of clinical settings. This included acute hospital care (with concentration on post surgical care), rehabilitation centers (with emphasis on spinal cord injury rehabilitation), home care (inclusive of hospice services) and outpatient orthopedic care for over 15 years.
She then obtained a Masters of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington and set strategic direction for health education classes, managed implementation of health promotion programs, and led start up of a company that established operating systems for assisted living and retirement community operations.
She is also the proud parent of two young men, identical twin boys, who are now attending Oregon colleges.
She is joined in her work at Healing Motion PT by her husband, Craig, who has been instrumental in establishment of the accounting and billing systems that ensure compliance with insurance billing requirements.
In her “free” time, Eileen is an avid bicyclist, enjoys skiing and snowshoeing, enjoys her sons’ lacrosse teams, and relaxes with a favorite glass of wine and a good book of historical fiction!
Elizabeth Robert, Physical Therapist Assistant
A Native New Orleanian, Elizabeth recently joined our team after relocating from the Oregon Coast. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts from the University of New Orleans and her Associates of Applied Science to practice physical therapy from Delgado Community College. She has worked in various settings over her 14 year career including rehabilitation hospitals, home health care, acute care hospitals (including post- surgical oncology), and outpatient clinics.
When Elizabeth is not working in the clinic, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, running and flying with her husband in their Grumman Tiger. She also enjoys reading and cooking some of her favorite southern dishes.
Kerri Wolf, Physical Therapy Aide/Administrative Assistant
Kerri recently joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy after graduating from Oregon State University in June 2011. She majored in Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy and plans on continuing her education to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After shadowing at Healing Motion for several months, Kerri was thrilled to accept a full time position after graduation. You will likely find her greeting you with a big smile in the front office as well as assisting Eileen with patients. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys playing sports such as basketball, volleyball, golf and tennis, spending time outside hiking, camping, horseback riding and rafting as well as traveling and relaxing in the sun when it shines. With more free time since graduating college, she likes exploring the unique local eateries and breweries of the Willamette Valley with friends and family.
Sarah Lescovec, Administrative Assistant
Sarah joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in 2009. She brings a wide range of Business and Organizational Development work experiences to the clinic. She received her undergrad in business from Ohio University and, after several years in the working world, returned to the classroom to pursue her MA in Organizational Management form Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. When she is not in the clinic greeting patients or assisting with office management, she is involved in her children’s school as well as the community. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and two young sons as they hike, camp, and explore the Oregon outdoors.
Stine Benson, Accounting Assistant
Over 14 years of residency in the Northwest has not diminished Stine’s Scottish accent! Raised in Edinburgh, Scotland, Stine now resides in Philomath with her husband and two young daughters. She is a graduate from Napier University, Edinburgh, with a Bachelors with Honors in Commerce. Stine has also passed a number of professional insurance exams.
Stine has 6 years of indemnity insurance experience and was also an adjuster for auto insurance claims. Stine has also been a financial recovery (subrogation) specialist. In Stine’s free time she likes to bike (including spin classes), hike, read, knit and listen to music.
